Crystal Caste produces very beautiful dice, not to say the most beautiful dice that I know of.

Not just only their plastic dice have marvellous colours and a mysterious shine, especially their so-called "Dwarven Stones", dice made of semi-precious stones, are a feast for the eyes and are too good to play with them.

I want to show up some dice of my collection and wish to thank the team of Crystal Caste, especially Michael Bowling, who sold me some extraordinary dice which probably will never be buyable again.

Click on the pictures to enlarge them.

Synthetic gemstones, left to right: red Goldstone, blue Goldstone, Opal. They are industrially manufactured and therefore are 100% clean, but don't offer the variety of natural stones. Michael sold these prototypes to me at the Games Fair in Essen, Germany, in 2004.

Left side real, right of that side synthetic Lapis. To the very left: Turquoise.

Left and middle: Cubic Circonia, a very heavy, diamond-alike stone. There's only two sets of each; the other sets are in Michael's showcase. At the right my probably most expensive dice. The top ones are of real meteor stone, the lower ones are made of fossilized dinosaur bones; even today you can make out the cell structure!

Left: Malachite; middle: Malachite Azurite; right: Snowflake Obsidian

left to right: Cherry Quartz, Tigereye, Howlite

left to right: Hematite, Amethyst, Green Jade

left to right: Botswana Agatha, Leopard Stone, Rock Crystal

Amber, light as a feather.
